Setting up your families to have eDirectory access (prepaid or purchase) is a simple process. Users can be defined by using the defaults one family at a time or setting them up in batch:
To set users one at a time: Go to the Family Contact form and select the Digital tab. Enter the quatity for either prepaid or maximum to purchase. To set users as a group: Step 1: Go to the Administration form and select the Digital tab. In the Digital Defaults box, enter Prepaid quantity and / or Maximum quantity to purchase. Prepaid is where you will be providing an eDirectory to a family and they don't have to purchase it online. Maximum quantity is required when you are selling your eDirectory and wish to restrict the number of quantities allowed to purchase.
Step 2: In the Apply Digital Defaults box select who to apply the access to. Your options are:
Step 3: Export the user list. First enter your School ID - you received this from Directory Solutions when you registered for the service. To export the user list, click on the MyEdirectory radio button and select Export. This will create an excel file in the Digital_files folder under MyDirectoryMakerSchool.
